Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Terms
We do not offer free shipping on any orders. All shipping fees, handling fees, and related logistics costs are customer-borne. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the item weight, package size, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
All orders are processed and shipped subject to the terms below. Completion of checkout and payment confirms that you have fully read and agreed to our shipping policy.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and package preparation. Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional peak periods will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide multiple shipping options for customers to choose from at checkout. All delivery times are estimated and start counting after the order is dispatched, not after payment.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days (varies by country/region)
Delivery delays may occur due to logistics congestion, remote area transportation, customs clearance, bad weather, or uncontrollable courier issues. We do not offer refunds or compensation for normal delivery delays.
4. Shipping Fees & Remote Area Surcharge
As no free shipping service is provided, all orders are charged with corresponding shipping fees. The shipping fee is non-refundable in the following situations:
• Customer-initiated return or exchange after shipment
• Order cancellation after the package is dispatched
• Undeliverable package caused by incorrect customer address, unclaimed parcel, or customer refusal of delivery
Some remote regions, islands, and rural areas may generate an additional remote area surcharge, which will be displayed separately at checkout and borne by the customer.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For all international cross-border orders: import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We will not cover any customs fees or tariffs. If the package is detained, returned, or abandoned by customs due to unpaid taxes or duties, all losses and secondary shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
6. Shipping Address & Order Modification
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information (including zip code, contact phone number, and detailed address). We will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer address information.
Address modification is only allowed before order shipment. Once the package is dispatched, no address modification or order cancellation is supported.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a valid tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to be updated and displayed on the courier official website due to logistics system delay.
8. Lost & Damaged Packages
We take full responsibility for packages lost or severely damagedbefore outbound delivery. Once the package is scanned and picked up by the courier, all logistics risks shall be undertaken by the logistics provider and the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the courier company first for claim processing. We will provide necessary order and shipping documents to assist with the claim.
9. Policy Update
We reserve the right to update and adjust this shipping policy without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our official website and take effect immediately for all new orders.
